Working at the car wash yeah.

Carwash after school today.

Washed three cars-Ms Ng's, Mrs Shirley Yeo's and Mr Seah's (do not even get me started on that filthy thing) and now due to our incredibly ambitious enthusiastic spirits we still have ten more cars to go. I still cannot comprehend why we are bothering to work so hard just to fulfil a three-hour CIP legacy project. Just for a measly inconsequential trifling three hours, during which we slave and labour like nobody's business. And technically we're going to be spending more than twelve hours, because we're continuing on wednesday and thursday too.

It was rather tiring having to carry buckets of water from the rusty creaky tap near the bbq pits, then staggering across the prickly grass while grasping onto the thin flimsy handle of the bucket with water spilling out every minute during the long arduous journey back to the carpark. And after we plonked down our buckets, we realised we were left with only half a pail of water.
And my feet ended up calloused and dirty and peeling after grazing them on the rough surface of the carpark.
Ouch.

But overall, it was actually fun scrubbing the cars manically with soap and splashing water all over the hood and windows and then pouring water over each other and sitting on the ground gulping ice-cold green tea.

I felt very gratified after seeing all the cars so squeaky clean (esp. Mr Seah's car, did he drive through the mud or something?) Guess it was worth it lah.

The Proposal with amanda tomorrow, yay yay yay.
